This Privacy Policy is intended to inform you of our policies and practices regarding the collection, use and disclosure of any personal information you submit to us through www.ikoniktouch.com (the “Site”), and the services, features, content or applications we offer (collectively with the Site, the "Services"). REGARDING CHILDREN and COUNTRIES
Our Site is not designed for children/individuals under the age of 18. We do not intentionally gather Personal Information about visitors in this age group. The Site and Services are intended for users who access the Site from the United States or Canada.

We use cookies, web beacons, mobile analytics and advertising IDs, and similar technologies (collectively, “Technologies”) to collect Personal Information (such as identifiers, demographic data, commercial information, Internet activity, and inferences) and to help operate our Services.
How Technologies Collect Personal Information
Cookies are pieces of text that may be provided to your computer through your web browser when you access a website. Your browser stores cookies in a manner associated with each website you visit. We use cookies to enable our servers to recognize the mobile or web browser, to tell us how and when you visit the Site and otherwise use the Services through the Internet, and for the other purposes described in this Privacy Policy.
Web beacons are electronic images (also called single-pixel or clear GIFs) that are contained within a website. Personal Information Is Used, “Sold”, and “Shared”, for Advertising and Other Purposes
We, and our third-party partners and service providers, use these Technologies to collect Personal Information when you use our Services. These Technologies may also be used to collect Personal Information about your online activities over time and across different websites or online services. In the past 12 months for purposes of these laws, we have “sold” and/or “shared” the following categories of personal information: identifiers, demographic data, commercial information, Internet activity, and inferences, all as described above. We do not "sell" or “share” any other categories of Personal Information. Our purposes for which we “sell” and/or “share” these categories of Personal Information are each of the purposes described above. Behavioural Advertising
As described above, we use your Personal Information to provide you with targeted advertisements or marketing communications we believe may be of interest to you. For example:

- We use Shopify Audiences to help us show ads on other websites with our advertising partners to buyers who made purchases with other Shopify merchants and who may also be interested in what we have to offer. We also share information about your use of the Site, your purchases, and the email address associated with your purchases with Shopify Audiences, through which other Shopify merchants may make offers you may be interested in.

If you choose to delete or reject cookies, this could affect certain features or services of our website. If you choose to delete cookies, settings and preferences controlled by those cookies, including advertising preferences, may be deleted and may need to be recreated.
- Mobile advertising ID controls. iOS and Android operating systems provide options to limit tracking and/or reset the advertising IDs.
- Email web beacons. Most email clients have settings which allow you prevent the automatic downloading of images, which will disable web beacons in the email messages we send.

Sharing With Third-Party Partners (Technologies, Analytics, Advertising)
Personal Information (such as identifiers, demographic data, commercial information, Internet activity, and inferences, all as described above) may be shared with, or collected directly from visitors to our Site and users of our Services by, third-party partners that provide Technologies used in connection with our Services. These third-party partners may include analytics and advertising companies that use the information for cross-context and/or interest-based advertising. Aggregate Information
We share Aggregate Information with our partners, service providers and other persons with whom we conduct business. In general, Aggregate Information is information that can no longer be used to identify you.
Is Information About Me Secure?

Retention of Personal Information
We retain each of the categories of Personal Information described in the “What Information Do We Collect?” Section for as long as necessary to provide the Services and fulfill the transactions you have requested, comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce our agreements, and conduct other legitimate and lawful business purposes. Because these needs can vary for different data types in the context of different products, actual retention periods can vary significantly based on criteria such as user expectations or consent, the sensitivity of the data, the availability of automated controls that enable users to delete data, and our legal or contractual obligations.
International Users
If you are located outside of the United States, please note that the Site is hosted on our computer servers in the United States. Therefore, your information may be processed and stored in the United States, which may provide for different data protection rules than in your country.
California Consumer Privacy Rights
These additional disclosures apply only to individuals who reside in California. The California Consumer Privacy Act of 2018 (“ CCPA ”) provides certain rights to California residents. Under California Civil Code section 1798.83, also known as the "Shine the Light" law, California residents who have provided personal information to a business with which the individual has established a business relationship for personal, family, or household purposes ("California Customers") may request information about whether the business has disclosed personal information to any third parties for the third parties’ direct marketing purposes. Please note that businesses are required to respond to one request per California Customer each year and may not be required to respond to requests made by means other than through the designated e-mail address. You also have the right to request that we delete any of your personal information that we collected from you and retained, with certain exceptions. Once we receive and confirm your verifiable consumer request, we will delete (and direct our service providers to delete) your personal information from our records, unless an exception applies.
We reserve the right to retain and will not delete information that is necessary for us or our service providers to retain in order to:
- Complete the transaction for which we collected the personal information, provide a product or service that you requested, take actions reasonably anticipated within the context of our ongoing business relationship with you, or otherwise perform our contract with you.
- Detect security incidents, protect against malicious, deceptive, fraudulent, or illegal activity, or prosecute those responsible for such activities.

- How to Request to Know or Request to Delete
You can submit verified consumer requests by email (info@ikonik-touch.com). We may require specific information from you to help us verify your identity and process your request. If we are unable to verify your identity, we may deny your requests to know or delete.
- Right to Opt-Out.
You have a right to opt out of any sale of your personal information. IKONIK TOUCH does not sell your personal information to any other retailers. However, our website integrates technologies of trusted advertising partners (third-party companies) that allow the recognition of your device and the collection of information about your browsing activity in order to provide advertisements about goods and services likely to be of greater interest to you. In particular, these partners collect information about your activity on IKONIK TOUCH to enable us to show advertisements for our products and/or services to you on third-party websites and apps. If and to the extent “sale” under the CCPA is interpreted to include advertising technology activities such as those implemented specifically for interest-based advertising, we will comply with applicable law as to such activity. See the section on “Your Choices Regarding Your Personal Information” above for information about how to opt out of interest based advertising.
- Authorized Agent.
You can designate an authorized agent to submit requests on your behalf. However, we will require written proof of the agent’s permission to do so and verify your identity directly.
- Right to Non-Discrimination.
You have the right not to receive discriminatory treatment by us for the exercise of your privacy rights. We will never discriminate against you for exercising your privacy rights. However, there are certain functions of our website that are only available to account holders, such as online credit, certain promotions, and our loyalty program.
- Financial Incentives.
Financial incentives are programs, benefits, or other offerings, including payments to consumers as compensation, for the disclosure, deletion, or sale of personal information about them. There are no penalties for requesting disclosure or opting out of sharing of your personal info.
